Services Provided
Humberto Painting LLC provides professional residential and commercial painting services, including, but not limited to:
Interior and exterior painting
Drywall repair
Power washing
Specialty finishes
All services are performed according to the written estimate or contract approved by the client before work begins.
Estimate & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Any work requested outside the original scope requires written client approval and may result in additional charges
Prices may change due to material costs, structural issues, or project scope changes discovered after work begins.
Scheduling & Delays
Project start dates are estimated and not guaranteed due to the weather.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen job-site conditions.
Humberto Painting is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyong our control.
Client Responsabilities
The client agrees to:
Provide safe and clear access to the work areas
Remove or protect fragile, valuable, or personal items
Secure pets and children away from work zones
Provide access to electricity and water when required
Humberto Painting is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, or failure to properly prepare the space.
Payments
A deposit is required on the day work begins.
Final payment is due immediately upon completion and inspection of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fess or collection actions

Cash
Zelle
Any type of check
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a project.
Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover labor and scheduling losses.
Workmanship Warranty
Humberto Painting Provides a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects resulting from improper application of paint or materials.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal war and tear
Damage due to moisture, leaks, settling, or structural movement
Customer-supplied materials
Touch-ups caused by accidents, furniture movement, or third-party contractors
The warranty becomes void if another contractor alters our work without written approval.
Insurance & Licensing
Humberto Painting carries all required insurance to operate legally and safely in the state of Indiana. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Use of Project Photos
By hiring Humberto Painting, you grant permission for photos or videos of your project to be used for marketing, advertising, social media, and website purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the start of the project.
Limitation of Liability
Humberto Painting is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of use of property
Pre-existing surface or structural issues
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service rendered.
Website Use
You agree not to:
Misuse website content
Attempt unauthorized access to the site
Copy, redistribute, or reproduce content without written permission
All website content is the property of Humberto Painting.
Language Accessibility
Humberto Painting proudly offers service in both English and Spanish to better serve our community.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
